PIM is a joint initiative between the DMHS and the local divisions of general practice. Both services are responsible for signing the service agreement and for the development and implementation of a joint local implementation plan.

The PCLO will be responsible for submitting the service agreement and local implementation plan to GPQ and the divisions of general practice is responsible for submitting financial statements.
